Sourcing and Screening
Supports the TA Consultants in sourcing for candidates via LinkedIn, and other platforms. Support the TA Consultants in CV Screening of applications received either via employee referrals, email and or AIA career Site. Interview Scheduling
Supports the TA Consultants on scheduling interviews with the line Manager. This will means coordinating schedules between the candidates and the AIA Ph interviews. Supports the TA Team in setting up F2F Interviews and/or a Recruitment Event at AIA PH when needed. Other Ad Hoc Activities
Supports the TA Team for other recruitment related activities.
