Recruitment Administrator Duties & Responsibilities
- Full 360 Recruitment including interviews, DBS, Referencing, General Administration, Compliance checks and Marketing.
- Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with candidates and clients across the Social Care Sector.
- Sourcing new candidates creatively
- Attending Job Fairs/Networking Events
- Minute Taking
- General Administration
