Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, self-starting Recruitment Administrator to support a high-volume desk. Managing roles across, Project Management and Corporate sectors. This role is for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.

The successful candidate will be expected to start immediately, shadow the team briefly, and begin executing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Coordination: Managing recruitment workflows for a large portfolio of Corporate roles.
  • End-to-End Admin: Drafting and posting job ads, creating job briefs, and handling pickups.

  • Systems Management: Utilising SuccessFactors and MS Office suite to track candidate progress.
