The role of a Recruitment Administrator
Support the in-house Sanctuary Supported Living Talent team by providing end-to-end recruitment administration
Manage vacancy requests from hiring managers through to appointment
Create and publish job adverts and oversee compliance and pre-employment checks
Act as the main point of contact for candidates, communicating by phone, email and text
Deliver excellent customer service while liaising with multiple internal stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes in a fast-paced, varied role Experienced administrator, ideally with a background in recruitment or HR
Strong IT skills, including databases and MS Office (Outlook and Excel)
Highly accurate with record keeping to support efficient reporting
