Analyze expected profiles and adapt search based on job descriptions and briefing sessions Write job ads and post them on various available platforms. Manage and animate digital content. Create and maintain a pool of potential candidates Pre-select candidates. Ensure all candidates undergo the appropriate and specific tests for each position they are recruited for. Lead group or individual recruitment sessions. Organize validation interviews in collaboration with operational teams. Ensure rigorous follow-up after the integration of new recruits in accordance with the Onboarding for all program. Complete and update tracking tools (dashboards, recruitment contact database, etc.)
