Position Summary
The Recruitment and Onboarding Lead owns the end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding process for Remote Professionals, Executive CSR roles, and other open positions, ensuring a high‑quality talent pipeline and world‑class onboarding experience that makes every hire client‑ready from Day 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Remote Professionals, Executive CSR, and other roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting.
- Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to understand role‑specific requirements and expectations.
- Build and maintain a scalable candidate pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Apply data‑driven sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships.
