Job Description
The HR Recruitment Staff is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill company job vacancies. They manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure timely deployment of employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Post job openings on different job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants
- Conduct initial interviews (phone or face-to-face)
- Schedule interviews with department heads
- Coordinate with applicants regarding requirements and onboarding
- Prepare endorsement letters and deployment documents
- Maintain and update recruitment database
- Assist in job fairs and recruitment activities
Qualifications
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course
