Job Description
As a Recruitment Apprentice, you will be involved with increasing our advert exposure, managing candidates for all vacancies, acting accordingly to the business needs. You'll have the opportunity to be creative, use your initiative and improve our recruitment procedure wherever necessary. We want to provide people with the best possible experience when applying for our vacancies.
What you'll do:
Write and post adverts on all relevant websites
Manage applications and communicate with candidates efficiently
Arrange interviews and liaise with appropriate line managers
Identify methods to improve the service we provide
