Job Description
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Post job openings on various job boards and platforms.
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support the recruitment team in organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and other sourcing initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
