You will be accountable for maximising the business performance of your desk by showing your ability as a skilled 360 commercial recruiter.
Responsibilities
- Sales and business development, to attract new business from clients and candidates alike
- Maintain Client relationships through constant, effective communication
- Interview and resource candidates
- Compile job descriptions and advertise vacancies

- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
