Job Description
We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to source, engage and place mid‑senior level engineering professionals. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build client relationships, and deliver excellent candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end desk ownership: client wins, role briefs, candidate search, screening, and offers
- Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and hiring teams
- Present shortlists, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations
- Hit weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets; maintain accurate CRM records
- Act as a market expert for engineering roles, salary trends, and skills
