The Role: Business development to expand the market share Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to client's requirement Identifying and generating potential job seekers and profiles' database Proactively source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Negotiate offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
What are we looking for? Degree or Diploma in any field Result-oriented, resilient and resourceful Good interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both candidates and clients
