As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:- Source mid-senior candidates within the Banking & Financial Services sector by cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to meet your client's needs
- Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
- Perform active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
