- Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open vacancy.
- Liaise with hiring managers on resume proposal, coordination on interview arrangement and offer extension to successful applicant.
- Prepare quotation breakdown for new hires and get approval from hiring managers.
- Write assessment for successful screen applicants and proceed to send out resume proposal to hiring managers.
- Send recruiting e-mails to passive candidates and follow up, when necessary, on their job applications.
