Recruitment Head Operations

Pranam Recruiters is hiring for a senior leadership role in the Recruitment, HR & Training sector.

We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented professional with strong experience in recruitment operations, field hiring management, channel development, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and manage relationships with Skill Development Center, TPs, ITIs & Colleges

✔ Build recruitment channels for bulk hiring across Rajasthan

✔ Plan recruitment drives & candidate mobilisation activities

✔ Coordinate with operations teams for onboarding & joining processes
