The Role
At Gemma Associates, our interns are not here to fill a background support function. You will be on the front lines of the talent market, receiving hands-on mentorship from senior consultants.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Market Mapping: Research target industries (FMCG, Tech, Supply Chain, etc.) to identify key organizational structures and top-performing talent.
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Assist in identifying, reaching out to, and screening passive, high-caliber candidates for mid-to-senior level roles.
- Business Development Support: Hunt for opportunity. Help research prospective B2B clients, craft targeted outreach, and support the preparation of client pitches.
