Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across our growing organisation. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring vacancies are filled promptly with high-quality, compliant candidates, supporting both frontline care services and head office functions.
You will manage the recruitment and compliance teams, oversee campaigns, and ensure recruitment processes align with regulatory standards and best practice within the health and social care sector.
