Job Description- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing methods.
- Partner closely with leadership teams to drive hiring strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage recruitment analytics, ATS systems, hiring KPIs, and recruitment operations in a fast-paced growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 6 years of experience related to Recruitment
