As a Recruitment Manager at an establish employment agencies, you will lead our Employment Agency division, focusing on the strategic sourcing and placement of candidates in various roles across the industries Your primary objective will be to drive recruitment efforts that align with our clients' needs while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our recruitment team executes the hiring process efficiently.
