- Minimum of 2 years end-to-end recruitment experience (corporate, headhunting, outsourcing/offshoring)
- Proven success hiring for Departmental Roles (Sales, IT, Engineers, Finance, Accounting, and Healthcare)
- Skilled in sourcing via LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and Facebook
- Able to meet SLA/TAT targets consistently
- Creative in job ad design (e.g., Canva)
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and highly organized
- Knowledgeable in recruitment processes and best practices
- Handles multiple roles/projects efficiently with professionalism and confidentiality
