The Recruitment Officer is responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. They partner with department heads to define role requirements, source candidates through various digital channels, and manage the interview process from initial contact to the final offer.
- Talent sourcing using job boards and social media to find active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct phone/video screens to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Schedule rounds of interviews and act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
