What You'll Do:

🎯 Collaborate with Consultants to understand staffing needs

📋 Source and screen candidates across various roles

🤝 Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline

📈 Assist in coordinating interviews
📝 Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS
