About The Job
The Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for managing and fulfilling hiring requisitions from the business unit on time. His / her main goal is to execute end‑to‑end volume recruitment processes, consistently attract candidates, and provide excellent customer service experience to candidates and hiring managers through effective client management and process excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Account Management - Identifies, aligns, and strategizes hiring requirements with the team, Business Unit, People Partners and other involved departments.
- Collaborates with the Sourcing and Onboarding Team to develop and execute hiring strategies and process improvements as necessary.
- Provides comprehensive updates and reports on hiring.
- Screens and assesses candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Matches the candidate to the best suitable role available against his qualifications.
