Job Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will manage the end-to-end hiring process for various positions across all branches. The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified applicants
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reports
- Post job openings and manage recruitment platforms
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Ensure timely filling of vacancies across assigned branches
- Support other HR functions when necessary
