We are Philippines leading media company,that is expanding its livestreaming department, and we’re looking for a motivated BD Recruiter to bring in talented livestreamers and performers. If you enjoy talking to people, spotting potential, and building relationships, this role is for you!
This role includes commission for every successful recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Actively source and recruit livestreamers, hosts, and performers for TikTok and other platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talents and talent agencies
- Handle screening, onboarding, and coordination of new livestreamers
- Develop creative and consistent recruitment strategies to grow JOYA’s livestreaming team
