Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manages end-to-end hiring process
- Sourcing applicants for domestic helper to meet client needs
- Understand and ensure compliance with international labour laws, visa regulations, and employment policies
- Facilitate the deployment process, including document coordination, travel preparation, and pre-departure orientation
- Collaborate with Global Professional Resources Phil. Inc. to define job requirements and provide regular updates on hiring progress
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and update status
