Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor laws
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage
Work Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in corporate or agency recruitment preferred
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Familiarity with ATS and HR systems
