Job Description
- Responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for a company’s open positions.
- Assist the HR team in various human resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Monitor the company's physical assets, including office equipment, facilities, and other tangible resources
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Supervisor/Manager or senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
- With at least 2 years’ experience in Recruitment and employee Relations
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
