Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process by following hiring procedure to comply with relevant laws and regulations and RBA Code of Conduct.
• Able to implement sourcing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements i.e. the role’s specific skills, qualifications, responsibilities and team dynamics.
• Source for potential candidates through various platforms i.e. Job Advertisement portals, Linked-In, Referral Program, Social Media, networking, Recruitment Database etc.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, manage in-person interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
