Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate communication skills, professional fit, and growth potential
- Partner with business leaders and team heads to understand workforce requirements and deliver well-matched talent solutions efficiently
- Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring journey with personalised support, honest advice, and genuine career coaching
- Manage multiple job briefs simultaneously — prioritising effectively, meeting turnaround targets, and maintaining high placement standards
