Handle end-to-end IT & Non-IT Recruitment from sourcing to screening, short-listing to interview follow-ups till the closures. Recruiting from middle to top management level. Headhunting & LinkedIn hiring. Identify the right match acc. to requirement, Study the resume deeply, and understand the reason for change. Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background. Salary negotiation with the short-listed candidates.
