Why does this role exist?
The Freelance Recruitment Specialist is primarily responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment and hiring of qualified global candidates to fill the specialized manpower requirements of our Boutique clients. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for hard‑to‑fill, niche positions while ensuring that standard recruitment and selection processes are observed consistently.
What winning looks like
- You are running independently at 75–80% capacity within your first 30 days — handling assigned requisitions without constant check‑ins.
- You consistently hit 24–48 hour turnaround windows on endorsements, including on niche and hard‑to‑fill roles.
- You conduct 2–4 structured candidate interviews per shift and your endorsement quality earns consistent sign‑off from Recruitment Manager and Boutique clients.
