Summary The Recruitment Specialist manages IHSC recruitment and hiring for U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Officers. Develops and implements recruitment strategies, conducts outreach, collaborates with stakeholders, manages recruitment data, and assists candidates. This position is only open to current USPHS officers. USPHS Call to Active Duty (CAD) candidates are not eligible for this position. Responsibilities DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the IHSC recruitment process such as and not limited to the following: creating recruitment/hiring announcements, candidate examinations, selections for IHSC, recruitment reports, auditing and closing out announcements.
