Position: Recruitment Specialist
Location: Petaling Jaya
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM 6.30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Post job advertisements across platforms
- Source & screen potential candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and shortlist suitable applicants.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback updates.
- Assist in walk-in interviews, OJT drives, and recruitment events.
