Job Description
The General Recruitment Specialist will support the full recruitment lifecycle for contract, permanent, temporary, and project-based roles across FinneyTaylor’s client portfolio. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, qualifying, and maintaining relationships with candidates while working closely with Account Managers and the Recruitment Team Lead to ensure client requirements are met with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, and able to manage multiple searches at the same time while delivering a strong candidate and client experience.

- Source candidates through FinneyTaylor’s proprietary ATS/CRM, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
