- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment process
- Familiar with job portals (e.g., Indeed, JobStreet, social media hiring)
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to handle multiple job openings and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
