Job Description
- Ensures that all manpower vacancies are filled up with the right candidates following identified lead time.
- Conducts proactive sourcing of applicants utilizing JobStreet, local newspapers and social media sites such as but not limited to Facebook, Linkedin and Indeed.
- Attends job fairs and career talks hosted by PESO, TESDA, colleges and universities. Prepares banners and flyers prior to the activity.
- Paper-screens resumes from various sources and matches the job description vis-a-vis the resume of the applicant.
- Reaches out and schedules applicants for interview. Organizes and coordinates interview schedule with requisitioning Department Managers.
