Job Description

Role: Red Hat OpenShift Specialist – SME
Experience: 8–15+ years
Location: Kraków (Hybrid) (2 days Office/3 days Remote)

 We are looking for an experienced Red Hat OpenShift SME to design, deploy, and manage enterprise Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on expertise in OpenShift 4.x, cluster administration, automation, security, and performance engineering across hybrid or multi‑cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, manage, and upgrade OpenShift clusters (on‑prem & cloud).
  • Build automation using Ansible, GitOps (ArgoCD), Helm, Tekton/Jenkins.
  • Implement cluster security (RBAC, SCCs, policies, secrets).
  • Configure monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK).
  • Troubleshoot cluster, networking, storage, and performance issues.
