The Marathon Los Angeles Refinery is currently seeking applicants to fill full-time new Operations Trainee positions at our Wilmington and Carson, CA locations. Operators work closely with team members to monitor, regulate and operate complex process equipment to produce quality products in a safe, environmentally sound and efficient manner.
Operators work in a safety-sensitive environment and must successfully complete an extensive pre-employment assessment process, drug/alcohol and medical screenings, and a background check.
