Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes in refrigeration and air conditioning.
- Develop and implement effective teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Engage learners and employers to ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Manage and maintain a caseload of learners, ensuring timely interventions and progress.
- Prepare learners for the End Point Assessment (EPA) process.
