Position Summary
SHIFT: Thursday - Monday 3:00PM - 11:30PM
Primarily responsible for hands-on maintenance of HVAC systems and related auxiliary equipment.
Qualifications
Required Education:High School Diploma or equivalentPreferred Education:Associate's Degree Some college education in engineering and/or a completion certificate from a recognized trade school; familiarity with PC.Required Experience:3+ years mechanical maintenance experience with absorption/freon A/C equipment and stream/related heating systems.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Strong knowledge/skills in mechanical systems; intermediate knowledge/skills in electrical and plumbing systems; working knowledge/skills of refrigeration cycle, common parts, pneumatic/electric/electronic control systems; basic knowledge/skills in brazing, soldering, insulation, measuring, carpentry and sheet metal; basic knowledge of safety standards/regulation, current CFC regulation, phy...
