Job Description
- Service and repair of all makes and models of transport refrigeration units including Carrier Transicold.
- Installation of transport refrigeration units including trailer, truck and light commercial vehicle units.
- Electrical, electronic, mechanical and refrigeration fault diagnosis and repair.
- Able to work sufficiently and effectively remotely on busy customer premises away from workshop environment.
- Able to be part of a call out rota to cover out-of-hours breakdowns.
- Support workshops team members including Apprentice Engineers as required
- Accurately record time and parts to complete jobs and associated details on mobile application.
- Ensuring a first-time fix on all repairs where possible.
- Manage van stock to ensure correct parts are always carried.
- Ad-hoc duties as required
- Health and safety at work and workshop cleanliness is of paramount importance
