Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced **Refrigeration Installation Technician Trainees** for projects located in or around **Houston, TX** . This is a first shift opportunity, and **the pay rate is $18–$19/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**
+ Assisting with the installation and setup of commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, display cases, and large refrigeration units in retail stores.
+ Performing physical labor including lifting, carrying, loading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
+ Supporting installation work involving basic to advanced plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians.
