Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Refurbishment Estimator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with 10+ years' experience estimating refurbishment and fit out projects, covering both internal and external works across London.
Location: East London (Office based, travel to West London sites as required - travel paid)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum
Work Hours: 8:00 - 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for refurbishment and fit out projects
- Estimate internal refurbishment works including structural alterations, steelwork, partitions, finishes, and full fit out packages
