Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Refurbishment Operatives to join our newly created Refurbishment team, refurbishing our new children’s homes and schools as part of our expansion plans. You will work as part of an integral team, carrying out planned and time‑lined refurbishment, maintenance and repair procedures such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, basic electrics and gardening skills.
The role requires travel across the UK and, on occasion, working away from home. You will report to our Maintenance Manager, Graham, and be part of a refurbishment team of three.
Key Responsibilities
- Refurbish a home/school ready for opening and complete any other maintenance tasks as required.
