Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the region’s monthly ADO and new acquisition targets.
- Lead, train, and manage the on-the-ground sales team to strengthen acquisition and retention performance.
- Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and execute immediate field solutions.
- Develop and implement localized strategies to expand the seller base and increase orders.
- Ensure alignment of regional efforts with overall company sales direction.
- Provide clear reporting and actionable insights on region performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, partners, and stakeholders across the territory.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
