We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team. This role is based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We will count on you to: External Client Level Engagement Collaborate with Regional Consultants and Regional Account Managers to foster positive client relationships and ensure stable operational delivery. Understand client needs and requirements, and support strategies that enable the team to provide the expected services. Play an active role in shaping the content for annual strategy planning meetings, focusing on regional benefits priorities for the upcoming year.
