About the Job
Lead a region to optimise productivity and recruitment target through Insurance leaders and agents.
- Drive production target and recruitment goal at regional level through continuous guidance to Agency Directors and Agency Leaders.
- Organise high impact, events and activities virtually or physically to build up the recruitment momentum at regional level.
- Plan and execute product-based customised training and programs for agencies to enhance their awareness on the latest product development.
- Monitor performance of agencies with several ranks and building rapport with them to work closely for better production in solid business.
- Identify the challenges and support required by agencies and collaborate accordingly to ensure the desired results can be achieved.
