Job Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Must have a Masters degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar category management, product management, or marketing role within the animal nutrition or feed additives industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and executing category strategies in the MEA region
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
- Creative thinking with a strong customer and commercial orientation, plus genuine curiosity about animal nutrition solutions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
