This Regional C&B role partners closely with Country HR and business leaders across the APAC region to drive the design, governance, and optimization of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives and pharmaceutical industry benchmarks. Act as a strategic advisor to Country HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits matters, influencing decision-making across multiple markets Leverage on data-driven insights to influence reward decisions, ensure internal equity, and enhance the organization's ability to attract and retain top talent.
